Cooking With Kids equals FUN!


When my three tiny  students walked into their first-ever cooking class, they didn't know what to expect...and honestly, neither did I!  But I quickly realized I had been blessed with three little girls who were really ready to learn...and to have FUN in the process!
Leah, Piper and Caroline were willing helpers who listened carefully to my instructions...and they started by making meatballs and a veggie-filled pasta sauce.  Next, they learned to "cut" the ends from fresh green beans (using smooth cheese spreaders instead of knives).  They also learned to set a beautiful dining table-complete with a rose centerpiece from my garden...and they ended their class by making FOUR kinds of homemade cookies. After dining with their adult "sous-chefs" and me, they packed up extra cookies to take home. 

They were adorable students, and I hope they always remember Miss Patty's Rules...
